Drum roll pleeeeease!
This was a sweet surprise. First of all, let me say that I am not a big “award guy”. Don’t really care about the academy awards, never watch the golden globes, don’t compete in many contests. However, I must say that I am truly honored to have received this 2008 best of weddings pick for my work. The simple fact my clients took time out of their busy schedules to vote for me, really gives us the warm fuzzies! I am also left wondering how I was kept in the dark on this one. I received a crystal engraved award in the mail yesterday and just about fell out of my chair!

So this is a message to my peeps out there…….Thank you for giving us this award, and rest assured we at IIP will continue following our passion for creative images, and now award winning customer service!

Cheers

Chris

Imagery Immaculate Photography RECOGNIZED IN
THE KNOT BEST OF WEDDING MAGAZINE

Annual Survey of Recently Married Couples in Orange County
Reveals Top Wedding Vendors

Imagery Immaculate Photography is pleased to announce it has been selected as a 2008 Pick for The Knot Best of Weddings magazine, a coast-to-coast, by-brides-for-brides guide to the top wedding sites, photographers, florists, and more in over 40 key cities across the United States.

The Knot conducted its second annual survey of over 20,000 recent brides to capture detailed feedback on every business that couples hired for their wedding celebration.

Orange county newlyweds contributed their raves and reviews on the area’s wedding professionals. The newlyweds were asked to rate their vendors on multiple criteria, from creativity to professionalism, and to comment on their experiences. The resulting ratings—and detailed feedback—were aggregated by the editors of The Knot to create this one-of-a-kind publication highlighting the best wedding resources in each region according to local brides

Well if you aren’t aware, Ilana and I are bigtime dog lovers. We unexpectantly crossed paths with an amazing pound puppy from Riverside named KIWI. After much deliberation (3.5 seconds;-) she became the newest member of our family. Our dog Jack approved and now it’s official!
It’s taken me 2 weeks to get a decent image of her. She is a bit skittish of the camera.

My boy is one year old, waaaahhhooooo
So we had a nice bash for Gideons first Bday out in Fullerton last weekend. I realize I am biased, but it was a great party. Gideon’s first piece of cake was hilarious! Be sure to check out the link below with a slideshow.

Had the fortune to make it out to Oahu Hawaii last month for some fun in the sun with family and friends. Shane, one of my long time buddies was frothing to get some big surf on the North shore. Long story…short he got some big waves, and I got worked.
Surfing is a completely different sport in Hawaii. I now have big respect for all the madmen, and ladies throwing themselves over those liquid ledges.
I managed to get some great images of death defying surfing, but of course my favorites were shots of family and our friends Shane, Annette, and Garrett (AKA Tank)
Here are a few of my favorites from the trip.

Enjoy,

Chris

So I’ll let the cat out of the bag. This beautiful bride lived on my block growing up. Lani and I have known each other since elementary school. crazy how some things work out! We crossed paths at a party a couple years ago after not seeing each other since high school. It’s neat to see how people change from kids to adults. I know I don’t have to say it, but Saul is lucky guy! Anyhow, the wedding was a smashing success. Lani and Saul were my first Rancho Las Lomas Couple this year. Its an amazing location for a wedding or special event. Hacienda style set amidst old oak trees in Silverado canyon. Enjoy the images!
